Called Mon 2 sinks not draining & one sink all rusted pipes. Tues AM, Jacot plumber arrived on time,called saying he was on the way. ID' problem, gave estimate, fixed issues, 1.5 hrs, fee was below estimate. So professional, friendly and fair. Highly recommend.

This company has ruined my life. For those of you who are already employed but looking for a new job, do not waste your time here. Keep your current job and look elsewhere instead of making the mistake I made. As a helper/apprentice, you will be promised full-time hours with 5 day work weeks but then you will get texts saying "Sorry there is no work available today. Stay home." several days in a row even when there are plumbers out on the field and then you’ll eventually just get laid off when you question what's going on... "No work available", huh ? Even if the plumber doesn't need assistance, the helper could still watch and learn everything the plumber is doing. As a result, I've been unemployed since July and can't go back to my previous job. Do not waste your time or risk leaving the job you already have for this job. This company will only schedule you when they need you and they will screw you over.

Chuck with Jacot Plumbing was professional & did everything at such a great price we were telling all our friends. He didn't try to upgrade us & gave us a great estimate upfront. I had a long list of needed repairs for our bathroom. When our sink plugged up. I was now forced to find a plumber that could tackle my long list. Our old plumbing company went out of business & I did my research. Lucky me I found Jacot Plumbing. They are better than great! They are Awesome!
