This was our first time with this company & Darren was great!!! he is very informative he has a cheerful spirit. My husband & I called because our A/C was Not working , he found out that it was not even that , it was our circuit breaker That it did not have a 2pole 15amp( we got to call an electrician ) We asked him ALOT of questions & he responded every single one of our concerns & he definitely gifted us Knowledge & we feel confidently Informed & equipped regarding the subject of our A/C:) He definitely is not the type of guy who is after your money or will up sale you. He will tell you what needs to be done w/out trying to take advantage of your incomprehension. Definitely will be calling back for him, for daily maintenance of our A/C!!

Moises with Real Time Bros came out for a same-day appointment to see if there was anything he could do to improve the performance of my 19 year old cooling unit. I was hosting an event at my house the following day, so timing was crucial. Moises was punctual, clearly communicated the options, and left me with a colder house. Real time bros installed a new heat pump system, replaced aging hvac and ducts. Excellent service, on schedule, no change orders, very responsive to question throughout. System performs perfectly, no problems with permits/inspections. Special shout-out to Darren, who enthusiastically shepherded the process.
