I have used Accurate for many different things. Their customer service is excellent, always friendly and professional. Recently, Lance the electrician, came out to do a job. He was on time, efficient and very knowledgeable. I will continue to use Accurate in the future.
Customer service was good from the day I called to make an appointment. Albert their dispatcher gave me an update when their tech was going to come. Kenny was the tech that came. He explained and answers all our questions, very patience. Overall it was good experienced. Highly recommended!!!!
We’ve used Accurate for years now, this latest project didn’t let us down. We got a new heat pump, ducting, and ac unit. Abraham, Hayden, and Nick were fantastic throughout. They answered all of our questions and made sure to consult with us for the best solutions for our needs. Lance was also great-he required our heater closet so that we could run the heat pump.
