Used Comfort Zone to install a new Air Conditioning unit. This is a small company that came highly recommended by a friend who was recently in the business. Comfort Zone was outstanding in all facets of the process. Steve Lucey is a very honest and hard working leader of the TEAM that gave me the estimate and installed the unit. I don't normally write reviews on google but Steve and his team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. We had to get a new AC system installed for our old townhouse which needed an entirely new system to route from ground level to the air handler in the 3rd floor attic. We got a bunch of bids and Comfort Zone was very competitive. The other bids were 30-40% higher which we already passed on. We of course went with them and the service and professionalism turned out to be top notch. On time and communication was great(thanks Kelly!) also after the install was done a neighbor thought there was a leak due to our install and Steve sent someone out in a matter of hours.
