We just got Ramiro Padilla come out to our place and take a look at our air conditioner unit. The man is as stand-up as they come and a true professional. He gave us the information we needed and explained everything with detail. I highly recommend this gentleman. Also, he’s great with kids; my 3-year old approves :). Service: A/C system vent cleaning

The company is normally excellent--very responsive to your needs. I highly recommend them. Every technician I’ve met (over 2 years) have been great. Today’s tech, Ismael, was no exception. He sorted out the thermostat issue in 5 minutes. Very helpful. The only down side was on the administrative section. I pay an annual membership and I explained that the issue I had would not take much time, but the job was scheduled for a week later! For a 5-minute correction, there was no changing the administrator’s mind. I’m sure the company was super busy (it’s been really hot) but I could not turn off the air conditioner in case it couldn’t be turned back on—as I explained. (I didn’t know what the problem was. That was an expensive week leaving it on 24/7. That said, I would always recommend this company— their technicians are worth it. Service: Thermostat repair

Their commercials tell it exactly like it is: a knowledgeable, honest, and friendly HVAC technician (which Alex Dominguez personifies) will come to your house, check out your system, run diagnostics, replace the filters, and give you a thorough, detailed, easily comprehensible report (with photographic evidence) that tells you what needs to be done, if anything. No sales tactics, high-pressure or otherwise, were used. Just an honest assessment of your A/C unit’s performance, and suggestions of what could/should be improved. If you need an A/C tune-up, one that is done well, call American Air Conditioning & Heating. You will not go wrong.
