My heater went out at the coldest time of winter. I called 3 different local providers for service. 2 didn't even call back. All About Air respond the same day and made an appointment for me. I was really impressed that Christine even offer to call me back to see if she can move another appointment to give me an earlier appointment that would work for my schedule. The repair man Warren called me before the service to confirm his arrival in 20 mins. He quickly identified the problem and told me what to do if it happens again. He explained that if it happens more often then it's time to replace the part. He also pointed out to me where the furnace filter was for annual maintenance. The last bit is positive surprise was a price below my expectations. I really like their friendly honest professional attitude. I highly recommend All About Air!
