Krishna and his crew were fantastic and did a fantastic job. Very professional. They replaced our sewer pipes, installed sewer clean out valves and they completed the work on time.The crew worked extremely hard every day. Krishna kept me updated as to their progress each day. I am giving Rescue Rooter 5 stars for ease of setting up our appointment and the fact that the technician, Jeremy, arrived on time, was courteous, and professional. Unfortunately our drainage issue turned out to be a symptom of a much bigger problem and beyond the scope of Rescue Rooter expertise. As a result I can not speak to the quality of there work at this time.

We needed help with a stubbornly clogged toilet, and after trying a different plumber who never called me back, I tried ARS/Rescue Rooter. Someone answered immediately and one of their staff (Alejandro) arrived quickly and took care of issue. Excellent communication by the entire team from the initial call through the completion of the project. Alejandro was super friendly, did a great job, and was very helpful in explaining what was causing our problem.
