Angel was excellent, he was v professional & polite. Worked until after midnight to finish the job (!), replacing our broken gas water heater w an electric heatpump. Quality soldering & pipework also. Company-policy wise, they showed up quickly : same-day call-out & next-day repair. Well recommended & would absolutely use them again.
