During my rooftop examination, I lived it up with Expert Material. Their group was careful and expert, and they made astounding ideas.
My experience with Master Roofing Irvine, CA. I had a SMALL leak in the corner of my house near a skylight. Project manager Shane from Master Roofing came to my property on 3/12/23 without going up on my roof Shane used a drone and quoted me a whole roof replacement for $16,950 a partial repair of a 10 x 10 area for $4500 sealing a small area with silicone for $2500 or laying down an 8 x 8 tarp for $1500 Luckily, I was in contact with my regular roofer who told me to immediately tell Shane to go away. First of all laying down an 8 x 8 tarp would do nothing on a flat roof water would still seep underneath and $1500 to lay down an 8x8 tarp?? Really? A full $17,000 roof job when you haven't even walked on the roof to inspect it and know exactly what is needed? Be careful folks, get multiple bids and ask plenty of questions! I will wait for my regular roofer to catch up on his current jobs... Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair
MASTER ROOFING replaced our shingle roof within seven days. They were extremely professional, on time every day, and answered all of our questions. After they finished the job everything was cleaned up as if they were never here. Service: Roof installation
