Treeium Irvine

I was looking to find a good contractor to do some repair work to my front door damaged tiles at the main entrance of my house and through Yelp I came to know Treeium. Mr. Amir Teymouri, Project Manager at Treeium came to my house to give me his estimate on the job. I found he is quite knowledgeable engineer and takes his job very serious. I was really impressed about his personality and his accuracy in taking his measurements plus the fact he is quite cheerful and comfortable to deal with. I interviewed many contractors before him but I found he is the best. His estimate on the job came very accurate and now I’m totally convinced to give Treeium company the job because Mr. Teymouri will be fully involved during all phases of the project.

Treeium recently completed the remodel of a portion of my home and a detached garage to create two apartments (ADUs). Unfortunately, my experience was very negative and fraught with tension, disagreement, and arguments. Most importantly, the project was scheduled to be completed in 3.5 months but took over 7 months to complete. Subcontractors reported extraordinary delays in being paid for their work. My project has now been complete for over 30 days and Treeium has still not provided the documents required to confirm that their subcontractors have been paid (lien releases) and, as a result, I am facing a lien being recorded against my property. Additionally, they repeatedly touted their years of experience and expertise, which caused me great concern when I discovered that their contract’s payment schedule forced me to pay large sums of money for work that had not been completed. After a long search we came across Treeium on yelp and we decided to give them a call and get a quote. From the first phone call to meeting our amazing project manager, Zack Lugassi, the entire process was smooth, easy and painless. This was our first remodeling experience and we’re so glad we chose Treeium for the project.
