Office staff was polite, professional, and thorough. Technician called to set appointment time, called the morning of to confirm, then called 30 minutes prior to arrival time to let us know and to apologize that he would be 30-45 minutes late, unheard of to actually be told ahead if time that he was running late! What a refreshing change. Technician, Gary, was extremely knowledgeable, was polite and friendly. Patriot Plumbing could very easily have taken advantage of us as we had been told we had a slab leak, Gary and Patriot Plumbing chose to take the high road and keep their morales and integrity in tact by being honest about it not being a repair running in the tens of thousands of dollars but rather a $1000.00 - $1,500.00 repair I can't speak highly enough of this company or their personnel!!! Fred and Angel deserve ten stars for coming out and locating a leak in our main water line from the meter at the curb. They had to dig out 35 feet of dirt to a depth of 18 inches to make room for the new main line. There were several delays from Golden State Water when we needed the water turned off or on and Fred was available by cell phone when they finally arrived on the first day. While we were waiting for the water company Fred was able to diagnose and go pick up parts to repair two of our toilets. The second day we watched as Fred and Angel dug the trench and relocated our main water line with copper. These two guys didn’t even stop for lunch! We have already recommended Patriot Plumbing to our friends and family. We will only use Patriot Plumbing for any of our needs in the future as we have in the past! I highly recommend Patriot Plumbing and Rooter. Angel was amazing! He was super responsive and went above and beyond answering all of my questions. He came right away when we contacted the company. He even took the time to address my other plumbing issue. Angel did not rush and took his time explaining what the issues were. The work was professionally done and no issues.
