I had a very positive experience today with Pristine Plumbing. Jim took care of everything, leaving all of our sinks in perfect working order. He even went above and beyond by removing built-up sediment and fixing some faulty faucet handle installation, all problems that bothered me but not enough for me to find someone who could actually fix them. But now it’s all in tip-top shape. Helps to have true professionals who take pride in their work—highly recommend this company for their professionalism and digging deeper. Thanks again! The pipe behind the drywall in my house was leaking so I've reached out to them for repair. They told me if the tech come right now, it'd be consider an emergency and will be $189 fee. I asked them what's other availability, and they didn't respond, and just said tech is available right now. I figure sure why not, they are eager to make the fee, and I am eager to get it fix. The tech arrived, took a few look and told me they can't do anything or even figure out where the problem is, because the leaking is behind the wall, and they need to me to hire someone to test for asbestos before they can open up the wall. They gave me a bunch of analysis, which is essentially what I've already told them. I was charged for a $189 fee even though they've done absolutely nothing except showing up. I am fine paying for the emergency fee under the premise that they can do something that I couldn't myself. Rob Parsons was professional, courteous, and explained everything he was working on. He was efficient with his time and was in and out with all worked completed in less than 90 minutes from the time he knocked on the door and cleaned up. Really appreciate the work that was done.
