Alex at Orion was friendly, courteous and professional. He took his time explaining the issue and when he came back with the part to fix he made sure the job was done right! We appreciated this so much because we have a 21 month old child and needed to make sure we didn’t have to do many visits to fix the problem. Service: A/C system maintenance

The office was very responsive. The A/C technician was thorough and knowledgeable. Although the problem was not resolved the first day, the technician came back 3 days later and was able to get the A/C back working. He worked hard in the heat inside and out for 3 hours the first day and 3 hours the next time, he cleaned and worked through all the components to figure out the issue with my old unit. I much appreciate his diligence and resolve to fix the problem. Thank you Arthur. I can recommend this company for your A/C needs.

My A/C went out on a hot day in the middle of the summer and Feliks from Orion HVAC came out right on time the next day and got everything up and running quickly. He had all of the parts on his truck so there was no waiting or need to come back, even though it turned out that two different parts had broken. He was very nice and easy to deal with and even cleaned everything up. I highly recommend the company and Feliks and would definitely use them again (but hopefully won’t need to for awhile).
