Orion HVAC

Happy to have chosen Orion to do a diagnostic when my AC was turning on but not blowing cold air. They were here in less than 30 minutes and at a low cost. The technician Alex is friendly and knows what he is doing. I am now clear on what is needed to get it fixed and their quote. I will decide soon if I will move forward with the repair. Thanks!

I am not happy with the job they have done on my air conditioner. The technician spend only ten minutes outside and told me he fixed the problem which he said it was the compressor and asked me to give him a five star and I did because I was so happy that he was able to fix it so quickly. After he left, half a hour later, I noticed that I still get the warm air and nothing has changed. I called them to come back and repair the issue but they told me that they couldn’t come back because they are booked until Monday and I have to deal with this heat until Monday. I complained to Home serve and they tried to find me another company, unfortunately it was 3 pm Friday by the time the other company called me and they were not able to come until Monday. Alex from Orion HVAC came to check on my central AC unit after i had called because of lack of cool air coming from vents. Alex was very professional, nice and easy to communicate with. He went on the roof, replaced the capacitor, and replaced the Freon. The AC is now blowing cool air which is perfect during this hot summer season. Thanks Alex and thank you Orion HVAC!
