I give Robert Hall & Sons 6 star rating. Heater not working. I called @ 7am and the phone was answered by a real person. Was told they would be out that day...and they were. Robert Hall & Sons are my go-to HVAC team. They installed my first unit 26 years ago and provided excellent service in the interim. They are always prompt, efficient and courteous. When the old system gave out recently, the next generation and their team, lead by Joe, installed a new system with thoughtful upgrades. Joe went above and beyond to provide a new HVAC as quickly as possible. I am so pleased!

Joseph and the team gave us so much confidence after taking quotes from multiple AC outfits. Our AC died during the heatwave earlier this year and Joseph showed up swiftly and provided excellent advice (that wouldn't necessarily have profited them, I might add).
