Full disclosure: There is relation between myself and the owner as we are related. But, I just had them re-pipe my entire home here in Lancaster, CA in Copper and the team sent out was amazing. I called Juan on a Saturday afternoon, left a message, and got a call back immediately concerning my tenant's garbage disposal. It turned out to be a manufacturer's defect and since it was new, I was able to get one replaced. He even spoke with Moen's customer service rep to help clarify the details of what he found out was wrong with the garbage disposal. This is going above and beyond and I really appreciated it. I asked him to descale a tankless water heater in another unit. The tenant called me at 9 PM at night to let me know there is no hot water but the tenant was able to fix it. Juan responded to my late night text and called the next day to ask if I still needed a plumber to stop by. This is next-level service and very happy with Rave Plumbing & Rooter.
