VT Heating and Air Conditioning is awesome! Our A/C stopped functioning during the typical SoCal summer heat. They were able to provide same day service, were super professional, explained to us why the unit failed, and got everything running straightaway. The problem was so minor they wouldn't even take payment. We will definitely be return customers if we need HVAC help in the future. Service: A/C system maintenance

Sloppy and terrible customer service. This company came to inspect our HVAC unit and left the control board dangling loose and screws all over the roof. They didn't bother to put anything back in its place. After multiple attempts to contact them, no has returned our calls. We are told that the technician is in an area 'with no service' and will call us back later. After five attempts, I am giving up on this company.
