We are extremely happy with our new bathrooms. We selected AC&R for two bathroom remodels based on their responsiveness and willingness to implement our design. We are very pleased with the outcome and our overall experience with AC&R. In the beginning, Shawn and Taylor helped with our product selections, refining the details of our design without trying to sell us their own “cookie-cutter” solution. From the beginning, communication was outstanding. Emails and text responses were always prompt. During construction, Steve was an exceptional project manager, actually managing the project (rather than just showing up to collect the payments!). Every staff member was competent, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Javier and his team are superior carpenters. I think the best thing about working with AC&R was that every day the crew would show up when they were expected, and they knew exactly what they were doing without any supervision from us. This review is a little overdue. We had the work done over the summer 2020. I am always skeptical about hiring contractors because of the many horror stories you hear in dealings with them. I have to say that AC&R was awesome, and I highly recommend them. Our project started with Chuck. We had an appointment with him coming to our house. We went over our vision for a new kitchen, 2 bathrooms, flooring in the entire house, canned lighting in the kitchen, dining room, living room and refacing the fireplace. I enjoyed his many stories and tales. Then we met Robert, the owner. He was a pleasure to work with and it shows with his excitement in creating our vision in getting us to the finished product. One thing that we liked was AC&R has their own employees. We were scheduled to begin last March then Covid started. We were uncomfortable having people in our house at the beginning of Covid. Had them upgrade supporting pillar beams, kitchen remodel, flooring, electric panel and dinning area. Half the house. The remodel was a success and team worked through the permit challenges and design issues. Also, helped to address many of the challenges along the way while trying to limit extra cost.
