I called at 8:45 and they came at 11:45 installed new hot water heater, they were polite and fast. I have used Tom’s several times and they show up same day do good work and very nice., I highly recommend them. Thank you Service: Water heater installation
Called on Tuesday and spoke with a gentleman named Dennis. Made an appointment for Friday with a time slot of 1pm to 3pm. Friday comes and at 3:30pm I call to ask for an update since no one showed up. Woman I spoke with said there was no record of my appointment. She said she would call her manager and calle back in 10 minutes. I never received a phone call back. Unprofessional.
