My air conditioner broke right before a heat wave. I checked a few basic things and even replaced the capacitor myself (thanks, YouTube), but the unit was just dead. So I called Green Air Engineering and Nick came out right away. He thoroughly examined the entire AC system and was quickly able to determine what caused the condenser to die (I got 12 years out of it, so it was a decent run). This was on a Saturday. On Monday he sent me a few different options for AC replacement units and explained the pros and cons of each. I made a choice and a couple days later he removed the old outdoor air conditioner unit and replaced it with a brand new one in little over an hour. Now I’ve got an amazing AC with a great warranty pumping cool air through my home, and it was installed by a true professional. He inspected the old unit, specified the new unit and I know enough about HVAC’s to know whether we were on the right track. He found me a system which happened to be ln special.
