My A/C stopped working Tuesday night so I called Just Right Services since I had used them to fix my heater in February. First available appointment wasn’t til next Tuesday due to the excessive heat/demand. They put me on a waiting list in case there was a cancellation. And they DID call me yesterday telling me they could send someone out today between 2-4pm. Leo arrived just after 2pm, and after trouble shooting for about 20 minutes he was able to fix it! Leo took the time to explain everything to me. He is a REAL stand-up guy with a GREAT work ethic, and I would recommend him and Just Right Services to everyone! Service: A/C system repair
Leo was AMAZING! Very professional, knowledgeable and patient. And above all - HONEST!!! He went through many steps, explaining in a way I totally understood. In the end, as switch had been flipped and the charge was just a simple service fee. Plus, he was kind enough to check my vents and make some simple changes that gave my master more air. Absolutely WONDERFUL service and really GREAT company! (Ps. It only took a few days to get an a lot! Yay!)
There was a late on the appointment (stucked with previous order) but James the owner ensured a peace of mind by calling. Leo the tech guy, he thought of everything for us, professional, did check up and told us what our options are. End up there is nothing wrong with our unit but the location that it's installed. Leo understood he couldn't do anything so he offered us a nice chat ????????. Super nice guy, super nice team.
