NexGen was amazing. From the moment we reached out to the moment they finished the job it was the best experience. Justin was our technician and he was amazing. A really kind and helpful employee. At no point did I feel pressured. He explained the whole situation with ease of understanding and made us really feel like we made the bed decision. They were very timely and fixed our problem the very next day. I will definitely be using this service again. And NexGen, give my boy Justin a raise. He deserves all the praise!

Our air conditioner wasn’t working properly on the hottest day of the week and Nexgen came out the same day (Saturday) and accessed the problem quickly and fixed the issue and we got cool air again thanks to Art the tech who came out.
