He was through, went above and beyond, and I appreciated his honest recommendations! He was very patient and answered all my questions. Will definitely be contacting them for any future services! Juan and Damien have done an exceptional job while here! It was so easy to schedule an appointment through NexGen and both were timely, with text message updates for my appointments. I called NexGen due to an issue with my condensate drain line. The secondary line from my HVAC was dumping water onto the floor of my garage and the primary line was completely clogged. I had a company come out previously through my home warranty, who temporarily fixed the issue I was having, but left my drain system far from being up to code, and mickey moused together. When Juan came out, he pointed out everything that was done previously that wasn't up to code, took pictures of what needed replacing, and showed me what my options were and the cost associated with each option. He explained everything thoroughly and made recommendations as well. Damien was also extremely helpful. I received a quote from this company via their representative Joel. I ended up going with this company because of Joel’s professionalism, knowledge, and patience to answer all of my questions. A big factor on choosing this company was warranty and payment options. The warranty seems solid and the payment plan of 0% interest and $0 down for a year is awesome. This gives me time to save and utilize a high yield saving which was a suggestion by Joel. Will update if installation does or does not go well.
