I had a great experience with Tim. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Tim had done a plumbing repair due to a burst pipe a few months ago and did a great job on that. Recently, I decided that after going through the various repairs to this 50 year-old house from the water damage from the burst pipe, I wanted to re-pipe the house to avoid future problems. A couple of plumbers came by to quote, but due to the age of the home and the repairs done over those 50 years, they couldn't figure out how to re-pipe and didn't even quote the job. I remembered Tim and gave him a call. He came right over the next morning and got up in the attic and looked at all the piping and then was able to explain to me clearly what pipes went where and how the water flowed through the whole house. He was very patient as I asked him a lot of questions. He didn't charge for any of this, and I told him what I wanted done and what I didn't to save and he didn't try to upcharge me. He diagnosed the problem, explained the process and repaired it quickly and efficiently. It was a very positive experience. Excellent work! I'm a repeat customer for over 2 yrs for both plumbing and AC work. Patrick and Derek are very professional, offer great service and the issue has always been fixed within hours of my call even when on weekends and holidays. Price has always been reasonable.
