Excellent work! I'm a repeat customer for over 2 yrs for both plumbing and AC work. Patrick and Derek are very professional, offer great service and the issue has always been fixed within hours of my call even when on weekends and holidays. Price has always been reasonable.
A week ago I had a family over with little children. The daughter who is very young had fun in the bathroom. We noticed the next day dirty water in the downstairs shower and the toilet not flushing quite right. A polite young man named Derek from Always Plumbing came out on a Sunday afternoon and resolved our issue. He even went through the trouble of resetting the toilet I took off. I was impatient to see what was going on down there. Lol . He said he would come back to see if there were any other issues with a camera. Which he did today. Everything looks good he said. That was music to my ears!
Andria in the office is awesome. I called in to inquire about a promotion they had months prior, which she still honored. I also was currently having an issue with my water heater. She sent Christopher out the same day, which really surprised me with the quick response to my problem. Chris is very thorough in explaining what the issue was and the best resolution. We agreed on replacing the water heater, which they did first thing the next morning. Top notch customer service, very efficient, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
