Had the electricity in my whole house GO DOWN, which of course included my AC. Called an electrician, he isolated it to a problem with the AC! Called 1st Choice who had installed my AC just the prior year. They sent a technician out first thing the next morning! My electrician met with the 1st Choice technician. And working together It turned out NOT to be the AC, but a fried fuse that was connected to the AC! No charge from 1st Choice, and so happy the issue was resolved quickly! Great people and service! Update as I had a complete AC/heat system replaced. From the first call same great service during a busy time of the year. Cory came out, took his time inspecting what we have and explaining what was recommended followed up with an estimate with options. Once approved a date was made for the install. Alex Melvin and Ray Showed up and did a great job and truly cared about what they were doing and answered any questions we had. Very happy with the experience and would recommend them to anyone.
