After receiving poor service from our home warranty company we called Alicia Air on the recommendation of a neighbor. They were well organized, on-time and professional. Bryan Perez was knowledgeable and courteous, explained what was going on and set up same day testing of the equipment which found 2 faulty parts. They supplied us with a document to show to the home warranty company that multiple parts of the system were failing. We will use Alicia Air for everything needed going forward. Alicia Air is a small family business. My Carrie home unite was not cooling. I called for a service two days ago. Bryan was the repair person came this morning. He is neat, polite and professional. He explained to me what was wrong and fix it in no time. The most important character of Bryan and the company is trust worthy and honest. I will recommend to anyone without reservation. In May 2022, Alicia Air Conditioning & Heating installed a complete Carrier HVAC and Air Conditioning System, including a Honeywell smart thermostat, in our 1985-built new home.
