Very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They kept us updated with texts and a picture of technician that would be arriving. They even supplied us with a portable A/C unit to help cool the house as temps were very high during the week. Definitely would recommend. Jan A.
Amazing service! Chad Perez from Mission Viejo Heating and air is simply the best. My AC went off suddenly and I thought it could have been the fuse. Chad was on time and very professional and helped answer any question I have. He also went the extra mile(s) to make sure I had AC before 4th of July. I cannot not thank you enough Chad for helping me during this time! My kids also thank you!! Amazing amazing service! Would recommend to everyone!! Martin Garcia arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem on our 20 year central AC. He was very professional and provided several options. We decided to replaced the entire aging HVAC unit.
