Solo Termite and Construction

I contacted a few companies for termite inspection and went with Solo as they gave us all the options (didn’t just push tenting for termites), took their time, and the price was reasonable. I love that they offer an annual contract/guarantee so you can stay on top of any issues. We were also happy with repairs made, and they were neat and cleaned up.

Solo Termite and Construction was called to remove architectural beam-ends from the exterior front and to replace a principal bedroom balcony. Termites and dry rot had taken their toll. The crew was knowledgeable, punctual, courteous and neat. The stucco patch and paint was a superb match. Their work is solid and the balcony is a front-of-house showpiece.
