Called Hamel’s AC, spoke with Nick . Luke came out the next day with estimate and explanation of service. Thomas followed up with installation 3 days. Nice, guys to work with. Explained every aspect. We had Mike fix our heater. He gave us an honest assessment and fixed our heater. It took some troubleshooting since it was old Heater but he was good with follow up and explained everything. We are so happy with their honest and kind service. Sometimes it’s hard to find in this market. People are so salesy and trying rip you off. But not this company. I would recommend them to anybody! Will be using them again if need be. (: Thank you for excellent customer service!
