We recently purchased a house and knew going into it that the roof needed replacing. I had at lead 8 different roofers bid the job. Extreme Roofing was not quite the cheapest, but what was so appealing was that they spelled out everything in clear letters in the contract. This is ultimately the reason we decided to proceed with them. The fun begins when my insurance company decided that they were going to be dropping me unless I had the roof done ASAP. Well long story short after many calls and emails with my insurance, DJ & Josh were quick to get the contract updated to satisfy the needs of the insurance. Great job on their parts. As for the roof. 3 days and they had all of our old shingles, and 90% of our fascia boards removed and replaced. They left the grounds SPOTLESS each day before they left.
