Had a major leak issue and Dial ONE responded quick and had someone out the same day. Mike gave us a proper rundown of the repairs we needed, was upfront with the cost and then repaired the issue in exact time quoted. Ours was a difficult job and they came thru for us. I was having some issues with my cell phone and wasn’t able to talk with Scott. He came by my house anyhow and fixed my plumbing issue. Nice that he came without being able to set up a date/time.
Dial One Shilling and Scott did an outstanding job repiping/remodeling our kitchen sink with an undersink water heater, new faucet, new water purifier, and also our separate bar sink. They discovered problems with our piping and quickly and professionally repiped under our house. Solved a longstanding problem for us.
