Mike from Dial ONE is the best plumber I’ve ever known, I will never use any other plumbing company from now on. Mike is SO nice, which is much appreciated. He gathered all the parts and called to see if they could come 3 days early (yes!), they installed the water heater, put in a new drain pan, updated the drain pipe to code and installed a hot water recirculating pump. I now have hot water to all the faucets and showers in less than 10 seconds—trust me, I counted. Used to take almost 2 minutes for my shower to heat up. I could not be happier.
