Matt, Stephanie, and their team at Bigos Plumbing were great! We had an emergency plumbing issue and they were able to work their schedule around to fit us in the same day and fix the problem within a couple of days. They not only fixed the problem for the unit that called but they fixed the plumbing for the entire complex. We are so appreciative of the work they did and will definitely call them again for any future jobs. Would definitely recommend them. Stephanie was a delight to speak to over the phone. Even though this was an emergency plumbing issue her voice was very calming and just makes you smile. Thanks guys!!

A big shout-out to Matt and the crew from Bigos. Matt has been my plumber for about 15, maybe 18 years now. In an emergency — at any time — he has NEVER hesitated to come out for even a minor repair. He once came on either Thanksgiving Eve, or the actual day, in the rain, and never complained. He just did an emergency sewer line repair for me, a job he’d been kindly pushing me to approve for years and for which I kept putting off. The poop Gods finally caught up with me, slapped me around, and now it’s all cleaned up and better thanks to Bigos. His work is quick, honest, and thorough.

I called Bigos, spoke to Stephanie who was very nice, explained my problem with our shower and she said she’d send a technician out ASAP. An estimate was emailed to me and fingers were crossed that they’d be able to complete the job at a reasonable price. The next day ,after Roger replaced several parts, the shower was working perfectly . I was warned it could cost more than original estimate depending on what was found but they were able to complete the job and it didn’t cost any more than original estimate. Fair, courteous and timely. Not a bad experience at all.
