They did a fantastic job installing a new HVAC duct and vent system in my house. They were fast, neat and professional. They also gave me a good price and a warranty. They are very knowledgeable and experienced in HVAC services. I am very happy with their work.

I called Arctic Air to come out and service my old HVAC system which was from 1990. Mason came out and looked at my system and I told him I was thinking of getting a new system with nee duct work. He laid out all my options and I gave me the advantages and disadvantages of all the different systems and his recommendations. He wasn't pushy and I told him I would think about it and he completely understood. I called him a couple days later and let him know what system I wanted to go with. Within a couple weeks I had the new system installed and it took 2 crews a total of 2 days. Javier, Leo, Angel, Juan, Edin, Johnny and Sergio were all very friendly and explained how to operate everything smoothly. They cleaned up after themselves and probably left things cleaner than before. Just overall a very easy and pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone. Just want to recognize how pleased I am with Arctic Air. I knew my system wasn’t properly maintained, but since I bought my house in 2019, it has worked fine until about three weeks ago. Then, of course, record-setting heat came, which made it very difficult for day-to-day living. Arctic Air sent Mason to my home the very same day. He absolutely did not disappoint. He explained everything in perfect detail, and made sure that I understood every move. He was also incredibly patient.
