Arctic Air-Lancaster HVAC and AC Repair

I called Arctic Air to come out and service my old HVAC system which was from 1990. Mason came out and looked at my system and I told him I was thinking of getting a new system with nee duct work. He laid out all my options and I gave me the advantages and disadvantages of all the different systems and his recommendations. He wasn't pushy and I told him I would think about it and he completely understood. I called him a couple days later and let him know what system I wanted to go with. Within a couple weeks I had the new system installed and it took 2 crews a total of 2 days. Javier, Leo, Angel, Juan, Edin, Johnny and Sergio were all very friendly and explained how to operate everything smoothly. They cleaned up after themselves and probably left things cleaner than before. Just overall a very easy and pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone. I can’t think arctic air enough for everything they’ve done. So professional so nice explaining everything in such detail and being so patient with me so I know I understand everything just having a newborn baby. It was getting so hot in my home and they came and made it perfect now I know my baby will be good throughout the summer. Rick made me feel so comfortable as if it was just two friends talking about something that needed to be done. Had a slight issue and they send a technician out. Mason within an hour came over and fixed the issue and also gave me some great use my cooler more efficiently. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Rick and Mason for taking care of me and my son this company is great. I would recommend it to anybody don’t go through anyone else only arctic air. I am very pleased with my experience with Charlie with Arctic Air. Communication was great and he showed up on time. He is honest and did not try to upsell me on anything that I did not need. Not pushy and also was sympathetic with my situation with my family I was forced to deal with as it related to the HVAC unit and a previous inferior install by a, since closed, HVAC company. Charlie is a really good guy and is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would absolutely do business with this company again in the future. Thank you!
