Controlled Comfort

Came in to the office this morning and it was already 78 degrees! I knew it was going to be difficult to get same day A/C service. After going on line, I called the first 6 companies, including ones that advertised same day service, and no one could honor their advertisement. I tried one more time and reached Greg with Controlled Comfort. He explained that he had a fully booked schedule today and was running a little slow due to a broken toe. He took my number and said he was at a site close by and would let me know if he could fit me in. Not more than an hour later, I got the call that he'd be here in the next two hours. Customer service like this is getting harder to find these days. Greg is professional, courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. In under 30 minutes the A/C was blowing cold and I couldn't have been happier. He even asked for my garden hose so he could give it a much needed cleaning after replacing the capacitor. Our furnace was acting up and not turning on. We searched through various sites and took our chances with Controlled Comfort. I strongly believe in using local businesses to help my community. Though they are a new local company, the work and professionalism provided was beyond my expectation. Christian greeted me with a smile and assured me it was a easy fix.
