Very recently AC heating & cooling unit was install in my house. The salesman who was responsible for my AC installation was Matthew Alba. Matt came to my house for estimate , inspected my house and recommend two options. My wife and I decided to go downstairs with duct installations and 2 upstairs rooms ductless / cassette installation. Since we did not AC before the duct work needed and did real good job on duct work. The price for this project was reasonable compare to 3 estimates we had with other companies. The work started following week and lasted for 4 days. The workers / crew did great job and were friendly plus left the area clean each time. We are satisfied with their workmanship and AC system. Dr.Ductless did a fine and thorough job in the installation of our ductless split unit. Their crew even managed the difficult feat of removing the original below floor furnace, even though the company wouldn't promise that they could do it. They have, so far, been responsive and helpful with any concerns we may have had. A special shout-out to Ravit, who smoothed out the permit and inspection process, taking all the worry out of it.
