Dave was friendly and arrived right on time. He even called me while en route to check whether I had new furnace filters on hand, offering to pick some up along the way if I didn't. I did have them, but I really appreciated the fact that he checked ahead of time and was willing to pick some up for me if I needed them. That's what I call above and beyond service.
