Purchased 50 year roof approx 20 yes ago has failed called them basic response was too bad

Bought a 50-year roof a month ago had a windstorm couple the metal tiles came off called customer she told me that Gerard's metal roof has a 5 year warranty and she'll have somebody contact the roof is only 15 years old they got to stand behind the product they sell and their workmanship they're charging me to install simple fix call me to solve the problem that's why I give them one star ???????????? I live in tracy !!!
