Prodigy Plumbing

The staff at Prodigy Plumbing and Heating are so awesome. I am an out of state property manager for a home in Long Beach, CA. It is not easy obtaining service since I am out of state. After contacting, Prodigy went to the house and provided me with a detailed report of what needed to be done, cost and estimated completion. Following my review of the information they provided me, I flew to Southern California and showed up at Prodigy office. Though it was late and they were nearly ready to close, the staff took their time and spent well over an hour with me going over each step. We have two phases and as they are both massive, we have broken up the work. Phase 1. Has been completed. They did a phenomenal job and kept in constant communication with me. When we are ready for Phase 2., we expect to contract with Prodigy to complete Phase 2. As a side note: my sister was so impressed with them and their work that she then hired them for some massive upgrades at her own home. That

Prodigy Plumbing repaired and lined 60 feet of sewer line from the clean out to the street. Whole lot roots. Ozzy came out and ran a camera down the line. Showed me the problem. Gave me quote. Gave me options. Gave Ozzy the go ahead and started on a Tuesday and finished on Wednesday the next day. Just like to say thank you for the professional work that was done in a timely manner. The Prodigy team is amazing! They provided Immediate help to an urgent situation. Kindness was the constant throughout the project. Many thoughtful things were put into place to make our life easier. All this without us having to make the requests. When there was a mystery situation Alexis came to the rescue swiftly and effectively. Prodigy will be our plumbers from now on
