Prodigy Plumbing

The staff at Prodigy Plumbing and Heating are so awesome. I am an out of state property manager for a home in Long Beach, CA. It is not easy obtaining service since I am out of state. After contacting, Prodigy went to the house and provided me with a detailed report of what needed to be done, cost and estimated completion. Following my review of the information they provided me, I flew to Southern California and showed up at Prodigy office. Though it was late and they were nearly ready to close, the staff took their time and spent well over an hour with me going over each step. We have two phases and as they are both massive, we have broken up the work. Phase 1. Has been completed. They did a phenomenal job and kept in constant communication with me. When we are ready for Phase 2., we expect to contract with Prodigy to complete Phase 2. As a side note: my sister was so impressed with them and their work that she then hired them for some massive upgrades at her own home. That

Alexis Gomez is an awesome plumber. He fixed everything that needed fixing (leaking faucets) and he replaced our garbage disposal. He was clean and he made sure I was happy with his work before he left. He also listened to my story about taking care of my 91 1/2 year old mother who has stage 4 cancer. Alexis showed empathy and kindness and spoke to me as a fellow human, not just as a customer. I highly recommend Alexis and would not hesitate to call him again, even though the prices at Prodigy are a little high. The first plumber they sent to us was not clean and he didn’t do a good job of fixing the faucet… that’s why we called back and got Alexis. The Prodigy team is amazing! They provided Immediate help to an urgent situation. Kindness was the constant throughout the project. Many thoughtful things were put into place to make our life easier. All this without us having to make the requests. When there was a mystery situation Alexis came to the rescue swiftly and effectively. Prodigy will be our plumbers from now on
