Our plumber was Manny and he was fantastic. He showed up much earlier than we expected, he was professional and thoughtful the entire time he was here. Plumbing always makes us a little nervous but he made the whole experience very easy. I also really liked that there was no up sale of services, they were very clear about pricing and Manny was not only fast and efficient he was tidy! We were expecting a big mess from previous experiences, but Manny was great. He explained everything really well and was genuinely fantastic. Prodigy Plumbing repaired and lined 60 feet of sewer line from the clean out to the street. Whole lot roots. Ozzy came out and ran a camera down the line. Showed me the problem. Gave me quote. Gave me options. Gave Ozzy the go ahead and started on a Tuesday and finished on Wednesday the next day. Just like to say thank you for the professional work that was done in a timely manner.
