We experienced a large fire that destroyed 5 commercial buildings. Shortly after the fire, we hired BluSky to assist with the settlement negotiations with our insurance carrier and ultimately rebuild our damaged structure. BluSky’s project manager and superintendent were able to successfully scope the repairs, agree to a settlement with the carrier, worked hand in hand with the design team, and rebuild a new, beautiful block structure from the ground up.
