Karon is the absolute best! Every time we have an issue/flood at any of my buildings, she ALWAYS answers the phone and explains to me the entire process and expectations. I have been working with Blusky for a really long time and Karon is definitely their best Project director I've ever worked with. The entire process is so smooth because of her organization skills. We've used Harbro (Now BluSky) for years, but most recently over the holiday season when we had back to back water leaks in our lower level storage due to heavier than average rains and cracked pipes. We had extensive water damage, as well as some mold beginning to grow. They responded extremely quickly, gave very regular updates, documented everything with photos, communicated every step of the way, and were always friendly and helpful. Definitely the company you hope you never have to call, but you are glad to know they are always on standby.
