Roof Repair Specialist

Edited: Changed my review to 4 stars because of their prompt reply to my concerns. Also I think my project genuinely just fell through the cracks and it wasn’t malicious. Thank you. — The repair was done but during the next storm it leaked. I contacted them 3 times and they sent someone to examine it. Then it leaked during the next storm and I called / emailed them about it and no one has replied since. I suspect they are waiting for the warranty to expire and buying time. Very disappointed.

This is the second time I have used Roofing Repair Specialists.They are a big and well respected company. Flavio and Julio in particular stand out as good communicators and good people in general who helped both jobs run smoothly. Employee morale seems high at this company. They do good work.
