Roto Rooter was called when we had an emergency and they came within an hour. The technician recommended we do the jetter. When new crew came with camera so we could see sewer line / main drain Lance explained and answered our questions and we felt comfortable in replacing the line. We appreciate Lance and taking the time to make sure we understood everything. Services: Sewer cleaning, Sewer repair
Lance Banks is absolutely incredible! He was kind, professional, honest, and detail oriented. His level of passion, experience, and customer service shined through when we were dealing with a big issue. I don’t know what we would have done without him when it came to our plumbing!
