Lance is by far the most sound electrician I came across in awhile. He was able to diagnose the issue (faulty contactor) and was very informative and professional explaining the whole electrical current path and to be able to clearly articulate the situation. I just had another company (it has mountain in their name) tech misdiagnosed the issue and asking for a 1200$ replacement of the control board, which wad nothing wrong with it. I dont always call for outside help, but when I do, I prefer Lee’s Air and Lance’s services. Stat “cool” my friends. Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance, A/C system repair
