This company provides the worst service. We purchased a entire heating and air unit during the winter, not a cheap thing to do. They took a while to be able to installed, once installed we started experiencing problems. During the installations, the workers didn’t leave the area clean and ruined some walls and baseboard when throwing the pieces on the floor. But they don’t assume any responsibility with any damage since it is part of the process. When summer started, the AC didn’t work because they didn’t test it during installation and it took them 3 week to come and fix. They are not even apologetic if their mistakes and don’t care how long they will take to fix issues. The issue was that their technicians didn’t finish the job properly; however, it took 2 sets of technicians to repair the problem. Once inspections needed to be done, we failed the inspections with the city twice because their technicians didn’t come set the ladder and then because the unit was leaking (again, they di

105 days without air conditioning. They won’t return calls, their technicians are incompetent. If you call during business hours, your call goes through to an ANSWERING SERVICE (during business hours!) and they never call back. Every time they screw up the diagnosis they disappear for a month until we get firm. Then they come out, screw up the diagnosis, try to put in the wrong part, and disappear for another month. Never use this company!!!

Hadn't had AC in a week, and have disabilities and can get overheated, our property Management got ahold of them. They scheduled us a week out even after told about the disabilities. Their tech told us the unit in the attic needed to be replaced abd was going to put in an order. another week out another guy came out to just clean the condenser coils, said that was what the order was for, and when that didn't work he then said he has to put in a bid now. That's almost 3 weeks in a heat wave with no ac in a two story house. Now probably have to wait another week????
