Melissa from the office was AMAZING and very helpful! The technician, Cristian was so kind AND patient with my "tenant". He was very professional and was able to speak Spanish with my tenant and fix the plumbing issue she was having. While Ray and team didn't directly do work for me, they helped me from across the US with a major issue I was having. I have a plumbing company outside of Detroit and ran into a road block while lining a sewer. I called Ray personally and he was able to give me step by step instructions over the phone. We just completed the liner and it's perfect. I can't thank Ray enough for taking the time to help me out. You don't find many people like Ray. Our toilet started leaking in the middle of the night and water was dripping into our downstairs bathroom. We were concerned to say the least. Called A-1 and Jennifer was amazing. She got us on the schedule that day and sent a plumber over within 45 minutes. Jose arrived, diagnosed the problem immediately, provided a reasonable estimate and had the problem fixed by noon. Truly amazing! Jose was friendly and empathetic. We are so appreciative of both Jennifer and Jose. Highly recommend!
