I am so pleased the plumbing service provided by A-1 Total service plumbing. They went above and beyond to solve all my plumbing issues. Alvaro Figueroa did an excellent job, and showed me the Photos of all the works that has been done. I am impressed with the quality of the service done, their professionalism and care.
Excellent Company! I'm glad I called them. There's a reason they consistently get 5 star reviews. I needed 2 things done in the master bathroom. Made the appointment with the A-1 Customer Service folks and Jose and his assistant were right on time. They got right to it and fixed the toilet but had to make a 2nd trip to repair the shower. Again they were on-time and did the repair quicker than expected. They're professional, courteous and explained what they were going to do each time, and did it. Pricing is definitely FAIR and reasonable. Just have your checkbook handy as they do charge a 3% fee for credit/debit card payment. That's what the businesses get charged, so I think that's understandable. Great job, Jose! Thanks! Services: Toilet repair, Shower repair
Melissa from the office was AMAZING and very helpful! The technician, Cristian was so kind AND patient with my "tenant". He was very professional and was able to speak Spanish with my tenant and fix the plumbing issue she was having. Both Melissa and Cristian were prompt and went above and beyond to help me out, they were also kind enough to translate Spanish to ME. I highly recommend this company! Thank you!! Nadine P.
