DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I'm really disappointed to have to write this review, but this company is deceptive in its pricing and fraudulent when it comes to the services it offers. Our old wall-unit broke down and we had their technician come out and determine that it would need to be replaced. In scheduling this replacement we spoke multiple times with the company and even confirmed in writing in advance that the cost for doing so would be $250 labor + any extra for parts. Upon arriving they then informed us that no, when they said they would 'install' the new unit for $250, that didn't mean they would unmount the old unit, that 'de-installation' will be an additional $150. (And we can't even think of backing out because we had already agreed in writing in advance so were liable for the contractors' time.) Oh and once we agreed to that added fee, they then informed us that sorry, you wanted that old unit not sitting in your living room? That's not part of a 'de-installation'! That will

Nothing ended up being wrong with our dishwasher. Super honest and thorough. The technician ran through every test to conclude that it must have been a large item blocking the cycle. Everything seems to be working just fine now. We appreciated the honesty and quick diagnosis. Highly recommend!!! Service: Dishwasher repair

2 days ago the technician came to look at my refrigerator to give me a diagnostic of the issue. He opened the refrigerator, and didn't even bother looking in the back or moving anything. He automatically said the heating element needs to be replaced. He also said the heating element for this refrigerator is probably between $400 and $500, because it's an expensive refrigerator.. I looked online and the part its only $55. He charged 69.99 for the diagnosis, and after numerous phone calls I made nobody has even given me a price of how much the repair will be. They took my 69.99, and nothing. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau Update: I just had another company looked at it, but this time really looked at my fridge, and its not the heating element that needs to be replaced.
