I contacted All American Appliance repair on 7/9/21 midday through their website about my 2004 Miele dishwasher not cleaning the bottom rack well. They got back to me quickly and were able to schedule an appointment for the next day 7/10, a Saturday! The arrival time was set for 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. The technician arrived promptly at 11:00 am. He diagnosed the problem as a clog being the problem, provided the repair cost and efficiently repaired the dishwasher which included pulling it out from the cabinet. He said everything else was working well and the dishwasher should last several more years. Hooray! He was here and gone in 70 minutes. Great service at a reasonable price. A technician came out to my place quickly. My fridge was unfortunately too far gone to be worth repairing, but the tech was helpful and honest in explaining my options and gave me some tips on where to source a reliable replacement at an affordable cost. We had a repair man if that's what you want to call him cover over. He did not speak English so it was hard explaining anything to him. He took apart our dryer and was just staring at the unit. He didn't seem to know what he was looking at. He looked at his phone for bit then said the parts were going to cost several hundred dollars, this is after absolutely nothing was done. He said it would cost close to $600 dollars to fix it with the parts. He said I could try to find the parts and he would repair it for $200 dollars. He also said he can get me a new unit at a discount if I would purchase from his boss. The $69.00 service call was not an issue but at least give me useful information. I felt like someone sent over to look at unit and say it's bad and going to cost you this much to fix, but if you want spend little more money and my boss can get you a new unit.
