I highly recommend Best HVAC Repair. The heating unit had stopped working last evening so I waited until this morning to call for service. He returned my call and even though they were booked for the day he promised to come by in the evening as soon as they were free. Technician came by to check the unit upstairs and the outside unit. I was expecting a huge repair quote as this has been my past experience in dealing with two major companies. He was I pleasantly surprised when I was told the door that covers the furnace was loose causing the unit to turn off. He offered to duct tape it to keep it closed until I can order a new one. He also found an issue with the way the unit was installed outside. That requires re installation, however he thoroughly explained the process and I feel comfortable going forward with the project.
