JW designed and installed our HVAC and have serviced it for very low cost in the 4+ years since. I thought they might drop off in quality and responsiveness when they got bought, but so far they're great. I recommend them to anyone looking to make changes to their HVAC. Let me first say that I have done considerable business with JW Heating and Air and I am shocked at the behavior they are currently demonstrating. In the past, I have had nothing but pleasant and fair experiences. JW Heating and Air installed a drip pan for my AC unit. Unfortunately, they wired the water sensors incorrectly. This failure allowed a substantial water leak in my attic and a bedroom ceiling to go undetected. The resulting damage / repairs costs were about $2,200. Upon bringing this situation to their attention, I was met with confrontation and defensiveness. I briefly spoke with their HVAC manager, Cary, who was rude, and combative from the start. After that, he never returned phone calls or emails. Weeks later, I reached out to the company again and this time spoke to a supervisor named Xio. Unlike Cary, she was polite, but like Cary, she did not return phone calls or emails. I tried for over a month to get this situation rectified fairly, but JW Heating and Air made abso
