Brody Pennell Heating & Air Conditioning

I had the mini-split heat-pump system installed a year ago by Brody Pennell. I had some pretty big problems with the salesperson, but the people who installed the system were great. And the system itself works very well. So a year later, I took up their recommendation to have the system serviced but I was reluctant because of our previous problems. But, I am happy to say that I was very happy with Daniel B. from Brody Pennell who came and serviced the system. He was polite, professional, and personable. He made the service very easy and gave me helpful tips to keep the system running well. I was so happy with his service that I signed up for the maintenance contract. Reliable service calls staffed by polite, clean and professional staff. Octavio just came over for a routine service and was the perfect example of someone I'd want to have in my house (and on my roof) taking care of our HVAC system. He took photos of various issues and spent time to explain them to me before leaving, our aging system needs some work and I appreciate knowing what it will be before I get an estimate. As someone who once was in the HVAC business I can say I'm impressed with every Brody Pennell employee from booking through to service and can recommend them to anyone in the LA area.

Rene was fantastic. Arrived on time. Very polite. He discovered the issue quickly and repaired the problem. He was also nice enough to wear booties over his shoes after coming down from the roof so as not to dirty my house. Couldn’t recommend him enough! Thanks Rene.
