It was amazing having a great technician assisting us with our a/c problem. I had the pleasure of meeting technician Marco Ayala. He was beyond excellent, very professional and courteous. He explained everything in detail and laid out the issues we had. He identified the issue very quickly and repaired our a/c immediately. We now have a/c again. Everything is working great! Jose and Jamie have been amazing to work with. I trust them in my home. Their work is of the highest quality. They were both extremely knowledgeable about my air conditioning unit that was leaking. Not only were they able to diagnose the issue quickly, but they were able to articulate what exactly went wrong with the company who originally installed it.
