We know Luis for about 3 years. He has done projects in several buildings for us. He is very fair; he will only accept work, if his schedule allows; he does not overload his team with many projects. Once he starts work, he continues till completing the job. He also does electrical recessed lighting as well. We have always been happy to hire Luis.
