Excellent service! Fernando came to my unit to unclog the drain in my bathtub (due to water backing up into my tub from another unit in the building) and did it with EXCELLENT customer service. He explained what he was going to do and why, then shared what he did and how the system worked. Fernando empathized with my emergent situation and was kind throughout the service call. Was dealing with a clogged kitchen sink for 2 days. By this point I was drained from trying to fix it myself. Finally called someone and it was New Generation Plumbing. So glad I did. They literally sent someone over in 10 minutes! Clog was fixed and they cleaned the drain pipe to prevent from this from happening again. Everyone was professional, informative and friendly. Fernando was especially helpful with detailed explanation. I also appreciated they offered to wear masks and automatically put on booties in the house. Front desk women were also very thorough, nice and professional. Prices were fair. Will definitely use this company again!

It's hard to find a bad thing to say about these folks. Our outdoor drain mouth was clogged with mud, which meant water was pooling behind our retaining wall...not good! David and Martín came out and spent close to an hour inspecting everything. They figured out that, while the mud trap was full, the line itself was completely clean and did not need any expensive hydrojetting. Because estimates and inspections are free, that meant they just scooped out the trap, reinstalled the grate, and told me to have a nice day. No charge at all. It's hard to find a place in Los Angeles that won't find a way to charge you if they can, but these guys were more interested in their reputation and honoring their word about free inspections. That's the kind of business I want to support and have in my community. I will call New Generation again any time we have a plumbing issue. Thanks, David and Martín!
