As President of my HOA’s older building in Long Beach, I was concerned about getting good roof protection without having to tear off the current roof and incur the expense of possibly having to replace wood structure as well. After extensive research, my HOA board decided to go with a silicon roof. We wanted someone who was experienced with this application and could offer their services at a reasonable price. We got bids from a couple different roofers and decided to go with Javier at American High Tech Roofing. What a great decision it was. Javier is an excellent communicator and is a man of his word. He did exactly what he said he would do and kept us informed all along the way. When he found a big rotted area in the existing composite and underlying wood, he replaced it at a very reasonable price and carried on. His work and clean-up are impeccable. Called and spoke with Javier. He came over to see our roof and suggested we coat it instead of re-roof it and I will say that my roof looks great and I spent 1/3 to recoat it. Thank you Javier.
