I called for service 5/6/22 at 9:49 pm. Ruben answered the telephone. I told him the problem I have with my hot water heater. He promised me he would come to my home the next day in the AM. He arrived in the AM. He took his time looked at my unit explained everything to me. Ruben is knowledgeable and he knows the business. He fixed my water heater and my hot water started working instantly. He took it apart and explained his every step to me. All I have to say is whenever I need ANY of the services that he provides…. They were very professional and helpful. My water heater broke today on New Year’s eve and they were able to come out right away and fix the problem. They did not leave until everything was fixed. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again. Also they are very honest with their pricing ????????????????
